Paul Mashegoane is the Founder of Seasoned Capital – he also Founded GloCentric Property Fund and Ultimate Holdings.

Mashegoane is Chairman of:

• Stars Aligned Finance – one of the foremost Insurance Brokers, serving individuals and companies with best spoke products,
• CyberX – a cutting edge cyber security firm that gives businesses peace of mind of the danger that exists in the cyber space.
• UserX Rewards – an entity specializing in captive markets running into thousands and millions of members that they add value to and engender loyalty and an increased interface with their clients.

He is on the 4IR Advisory Panel in Gauteng, and is a Chairman/Convener of two Task Teams in Research, Development and Innovation – and Infrastructure and Digital Technologies.

Through Ultimate Holdings they raised over R10,5 billion for clients, and they have investments in a number of sectors. Ultimate is a sort after Capital Raiser of Large sums of Funds for companies in SA and abroad, and currently raising over R2 billion.

He is the Founder of South African Pathology Laboratories Association, the largest in regards to membership in the country.

Mashegoane was appointed on CSIR Advisory Panel in their Next Generation Enterprises and Institutions cluster.

He was on the Board of Directors of BrainBoosters and Index Solutions and he led Cloud 9 Capital which was a shareholder in the latter.

Mashegoane contributed to leading global media companies, namely Forbes Africa and Huffington Post in New York. Majoring in areas of macro-economics, technological trends and entrepreneurship.

From time to time Mashegoane speaks at a number of international conferences, and he was the Chairman of African Oil and Gas Summit; he regularly goes around meeting prominent global leaders discussing matters of concern. He did short courses in Business Management.
